Hi. I was just wondering, does fan made oc relations of Duffy count for 'unofficial friends of Duffy'? Because I created an oc brother for Duffy, but I'm not sure if it counts as any of the categories(folders). And also, I made up my own cartoon version of Duffy. Would that be accepted?
